Trivia
- Armantis's internal name is "mantis". It also has two old internal names, "tsuki1" and "mantis1".
- "tsuki1" may refer to Kei Tsukishima, a character from the volleyball anime/manga Haikyū!!, which served as one of Beastieball's primary inspirations. Tsukishima plays the position of Blocker, matching the original name of Armantis's trait Power Forward and its mechanical emphasis on using Block.
- "mantis1" matches the naming scheme for the internal names of first forms of metamorphosis lines, implying Armantis may have originally had one or more metamorphed forms.
