Cordia Lake
Cordia Lake is an area a bit east of the center of Mythwood. It can only be accessed from Attalea Path. It is home to Beasties of levels 30-33.
Description
Cordia Lake is a small lake with an island in the center. Its grass is a rich blue or teal. To reach the island requires walking around the back half of the lake, then jumping across a few small outcroppings. This island is home to several beetles, which make this the one place where Troglum can metamorph into Varkabond. The island is initially guarded by a Rowdy Varkabond.

Trivia
- Cordia Lake likely refers to Cordia, a genus of flowering woody plants in the borage family.
- It may also refer to a genus of spittlebugs, and while there is less information on this genus, the presence of arthropods for Troglum to metamorph with does substantiate this.
- If you throw a ball shroom at the beetles on the island, the spinning sound that plays when you hit an NPC with a ball shroom plays, but the beetles do not respond in any way (as of the early access release, at least).
