Garcinia Meadow

Garcinia Meadow is an area towards the northwest of Mythwood. It is west of Solanum Weald. A path to the north of it leads to the Alto Alps. It is home to Beasties of levels 33-36, the highest in Mythwood.

Description

Garcinia Meadow is a dense meadow with bright, saturated mint green grass and dense shrubs, tall grasses, and wildflowers, dense enough that it cannot be navigated without walking through them. A river that flows through it is likely the same river that flows through Crown Farms a short distance south.

This is one of the places where Gene can be encountered.

There are three screens in this area. One of them, though, is a hot spring rather than a meadow. It contains colorful rocks and shallow, steaming pools of water, and is the only place where Druppa can be found.

There are many sylvan Beasties in this area, among others:

• Grazada
• Cherrily
• Zefyre
• Seakit
• Humflit (except in the hot springs)
• Druppa (only in the hot springs)

Trivia

• Garcinia Meadow is likely named after Garcinia, a genus of plant also known as mangosteens. They are sometimes called monkeyfruit, which could connect to how Grazada lives here.
