Herbert

Herbert is a minor reoccuring NPC in Beastieball. He is the League Representative for the player's team.
Appearance
Herbert has light brown skin, dark purple hair, and a large nose. He wears a plain shirt and pants, with a bright pink jacket over top, and pink converse. He is always holding a flat phone in his hand.
Personality
Despite saying he is here to help the player and Riley, Herbert does not seem to care very much. He spends every interaction on his phone, and clearly does not take the player seriously.
Story
Herbert appears after your first Ranked match win after beating Marlin. He explains that as a representative, it's his job to alert the League to your team's needs. However, after Riley explains wanting to cancel the stadium project, he laughs at you.

After you have qualified for the Crown Series, going to the Beastieball League HQ will allow you to register with Herbert. However, he notices that the Sports King has placed a flag on your registration, saying to cancel the stadium if you win.
Herbert explains that this isn't possible, because the project was already signed and approved by Rutile's former coach, Marlin. At this point, it is too late to cancel.
Before the Crown Series begins, when the Rowdy Shloom knocks out power to Crown Stadium, Herbert remarks that he "can't look at any posts", which is "the worst thing that has ever happened to anyone."
