Mainframe

Mainframe is an area in Geo City. It is somewhat towards the west of the city, and is north of Rollback Loop, west of Domain Park, east of Crown Stadium, and south of the cave that comes out close to Crown Farms. It is home to Beasties of levels 18-21.

Description

Mainframe is the city center of Geo City, approximately 5 screens in size. It features many skyscrapers of varying shapes, as well as palm trees in carefully manicured curbs, hexagons on poles that are most likely power lines, and many electronic billboards displaying ads. Barnes McBride and Daredillo Energy are among the common features of these billboards.

It also makes use of booster pads. In one area, there is a maze made of booster pads, which is occasionally inconvenient for citizens. In another area, there is a water feature (a semi-shallow pool with walkways elevated above it) with booster pads to cross it, as well as two parallel lines of booster pads that seem to be intended to create a relatively contained area for wild Beasties to play Beastieball in.

A notable feature of most of Geo City, but one especially visible here, is the presence of garbage cans and litter. Litter can be picked up and thrown away in garbage cans, and some Beasties can be found rummaging through the trash; in this area and Rollback Loop, Bindiva can only be found rummaging through the trash.

Mainframe is also the home of Hyperlink Terminal, the central and most important station of the Zip Station network, which also doubles as a major shopping center.
