Rally (Field effect)
Rally is a Field effect.
Effects
Rally applies to both sides of the field. When it's created, a crowd of wild Beasties from the area closest to where the match is taking place crowd around the arena to watch the match.
While Rally is in effect, all 
Spirit plays have their base POW increased by 50%, and all 
Mind plays have their base POW multiplied by 3/4s. Rally decreases by 1 at the end of each turn.
