Shooga
"Their semitransparent ears shield their eyes from wind as they glide. They feel safest in large groups, especially with watchful Sefren."

Shooga is a Beastie. They metamorph into Supassum starting at Level 13.
Biology
Shooga is a small, mammalian Beastie. They have white fur with stretchy light grey skin on top that they use for gliding, and small vermilion hands and feet. Their exceptionally large, semi-transparent vermilion ears normally cover their face, leaving only their beady eyes visible through them and their snout poking through the middle. When they uncover their face, it is revealed that their ears have bright blue fur on the insides, and their face is vermilion with white along the underside and snout. They have a long, flat, grey and white tail that resembles a feather.
In Shooga's Raremorph form, their fur becomes black, their ear insides become a duller light blue, and their other features become pale orange.
Recruitment
The recruitment condition for Shooga is to land a no-touch point.

Trivia
- Shooga's internal name is "possum".
- Shooga's Color 5 is not visible during most of its animation frames. It is only seen in its "Fall" frame, seen most commonly when it becomes Wiped.
Origin
Shooga is based on a gliding possum, specifically the sugar glider. However, their tail bears more resemblance to that of the feathertail glider.
Name Origin
Shooga's name is a misspelling of sugar, likely referring to the sugar glider.
