Turogue
"A group of Turogue is called a "crew." When they're together they will turn anything into a competition."

Turogue is a Beastie. They metamorph into Turtaneer starting at level 18.
Biology
Turogue is a bipedal, reptilian Beastie that resembles a turtle. They have dull green skin and a large brown shell with yellow stripes down the front. They have a flat-topped head with darker green skin on top, a small nose, and eyes ringed with dark green and small eyelash-like markings. They have short, wide arms and legs, with three digits on each hand and foot.
In Turogue's Raremorph form, their skin becomes tan with a brown-topped head, and their shell becomes light blue with dark blue stripes.

Trivia
- Turogue's internal name is "turtle1". It also has an old internal name, "tank1".
- Turogue was first seen in the PAX West 2024 "Champ Challenge" game mode.
- As of the October 2024 Playtest, Turogue's Raremorph has no color variation.
Origin
Turogue is based on a turtle. They also bear visual similarity to the kappa, a divine creature in Japanese folklore. Kappa are said to enjoy sumo wrestling; Turogue's tendency to turn anything into a competition may be in reference to this.
Name origin
Turogue may be a combination of turtle and rogue.
