Vigor Beam
Vigor Beam is a 
Body-attack Play.
Effects
Vigor Beam attacks vertically. It can only be used if the beastie is at the net, and it will do more damage when the user has more stamina.

From preliminary investigation, the calculation for this seems to be that percentage of stamina remaining will determine percentage of base power (so at 50 stamina it'd be a 67.5 power attack, and at 10 stamina a 13.5 power attack). This was determined by equipping a Beastie with both Vigor Beam and other Body-type plays of varying powers and testing at what level of stamina Vigor Beam was closest in damage calc to the other plays.
